To modify the action or alert associated with each type of alert, hit the respective ‘Sound/Alert’ button. When this button is pressed, a new screen is presented that will allow you to specify the audible and/or action for the alert. Do disable either the action or the alert, just leave the respective edit box empty.
To specify an audible associated with the alert, hit the Browse button and navigate to the directory that contains the desired WAV file.
I would not recommend playing huge .wav files as the program will only be able to send one alert at a time. Also, the program will not terminate when requested until the last audible has completed! Clips of 30 seconds would be fine, but I would not recommend your favorite Pink Floyd tune here!
To specify an action associated with the alert, hit the Browse button and navigate to the directory that contains the desired executable file.
EXEs, COMs, and CMD files may be selected as actions.
When an action is specified, you may manually edit the specified action and add optional command line parameters. For example, if I want to execute the program 123.exe and pass the command line parameters A, B, C, I would specify the following in the action box:
123.exe "A B C"
If one of the arguments contains spaces, you must double quote that argument:
123.exe "A "this one argument" B C"
